We currently ship within New Zealand only.
Shipping rates
– Orders of $40 or more – FREE standard shipping
– Orders under $40 – $7.99 standard shipping
The applicable shipping charge will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Processing & Dispatch
Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after your order has been successfully placed and payment has been confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will generally be processed on the next business day.
During busy periods, promotions, sales, Christmas and other peak trading periods, processing times may occasionally take longer.
Delivery Time
Once dispatched, orders will generally be delivered within approximately 2–5 business days.

If your parcel appears to be significantly delayed, lost or arrives damaged, please contact Jewel so we can investigate the matter with the delivery provider.
Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other applicable New Zealand consumer law.
